Title: Stories from Nationals
Post by: conevadr on September 09, 2013, 08:22:54 pm
I was reading thru a "stories from Nationals" thread on another board and saw the following...

#88 STC Honda: most polite autocross driver ever.  Spun off-course on East side Wednesday, pretty close to a course worker, and I heard him say "sorry" as he came to a stop.

Dale?

Yep, that was me...

Rear sway bar broke in a VERY fast, VERY bumpy sweeper (which, of course, I don't know in the car at the time), I thought about trying to save it, but was afraid of putting it upside down because of the bumps, so I let in spin which took me at a course worker. Waiting for Stephen's video to confirm if I actually said sorry....
