pushed it on the first run but screwed up the slalom.  decided to keep it clean and easy... took the easy win! :D

It was a blast!

running the clutch lsd is just awesome.  it makes sooooo much difference.

ran smf and did 1st place today before it rained.  my last run was fast but lost control. i need better shocks!!  too much transitional forces going on. its killing me from doing fast transitions.

course tomorow is pretty much a race track.  should do well.

Thanks guys.  Brian, thanks so much for helping me out with the car and driving advise.

I think I found the problem... I think the powersteering pulley is slipping under pressure.  I did an engine wash and noticed it likes to slip very easily from just a bit of water while my son moved the steering. It slipped way too easily.

Thanks again.. see ya all at SEAD...

Hey Dale... the name I gave the course was right.
I called the course the Punisher.... and it sure was.  lol.

What a freaking work out that course was... with my car at least.  my whole upper body is sore.

Lightweight was the best way to go on that course, and well skilled too. A few ripped a 44 on street tires and stock power compared to many.

Note to Novices and amateurs : This Goes to show that skill always have a great part on your times.  So those that were whining that they did not have more power or the car this and that... should look on to their skills first then the car.  (that includes me)

Fellow Drivers,  I have put so much effort and money to get the car to this point. I hope you guys understand I am not being mean or selfish(maybe a little selfish) if I don't share my car as I used to.

I have learned from the past two events that my car will wear everything really fast with its new setup and will become rather expensive to support two drivers. Drive shafts and tranny are a weak point and very expensive on my car. Lets not even mention tires.

Hope this is taken well.  Let it rip!

One more interesting thing... with the extra power(torque)  i found it quite interesting how well the rear end gets planted on fullthrottle offset transitions... that was way cool.

On the street 255 tires are holding really well.  The true benefit comes from being able to drive this a bit better... I foresee a ton of time decreased on prosolo starts and areas where moving quickly from point a to b matters.  The car already handled well so not too worried on that area... Somehow the braking improved as well. The new vacum is stronger and seems to help power the brakes faster and stronger.  I removed front camber as well and gained much needed traction back.

I did not get my usual funding for racing this year, the clutch LSD did not make it in.

Double adjustable shocks did not make it in either...

Fenders... are getting custom made... They are comming out nice.

275's are faster than 315.  315 wastoo much grip on the front and slows fast transitions too much.  Off the line grip was awsome but that is where it stops with 315.

Check this baby out...

Way better than my old setup. The solid lines is the current setup on my car. The dotted graph is possibly what I was making before( from another vehicle with similar OLD jackson racing setup)

Ok.  i'll stop being a baby... lol.  Can't wait to get started...

Lets see. I always feel like bothering people with my driving issues... there seems to be so much going on once we get going and people get pulled on all directions.  thanks for the idea.

looks like that, it takes some but makes so much more. Only daily driving gets affected; gas mileage wise...

for autox its an animal... no delay and power on any rpm.  before I was suffering from low boost at low rpm and a sudden power kick when the Vtech would change cams... it hated that cause it made a sudden change that cause tires to loose traction. its really linear now.  The previous lack of torque on low rpm turn arounds issue is gone and resolved.

the issue now is... can I drive?
