Posted by The July 2021 meeting of the WNY Region SCCA was called to order by David at 7:48 pm on July 5, 2021. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the meeting was held virtually via Zoom Meeting.
Minutes: A motion to accept the minutes from the June meeting was submitted by Jim and seconded by Carrie. The motion was passed by acclamation.
Treasurer: The treasurer was absent, therefore no report was submitted.
Membership: 231 members.
Club Racing: Keith won the Saturday race of the Super Tour at Watkins Glen.
Ice Racing: In 180 days.
Solo: We had our second local event with over 100 entrants and over 40 novices. A National Tour event was held at SEAD, during which Carrie, Joe, and David won trophies. A number of region members attended the event at Bristol. Our next even is July 18.
